The Modular — Paid Advertising Client Onboarding

This checklist is provided by CASTELO DAVID LTD, trading as Modular. We use your answers to set up and manage your advertising campaigns, contact you about your onboarding and arrange billing.

How we use your information

Secure processing: your answers are stored in Google Workspace, this page is hosted and protected by Cloudflare (including a Turnstile security check), and billing is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Saved in this browser: your answers are kept on this device while you complete the checklist so you don’t lose your progress. They are removed once we confirm we’ve received your checklist, after 30 days without changes, or at any time with Clear answers. On a shared computer, please clear your answers when you’ve finished.
Please don’t include card details, passwords or sensitive personal information in your answers.

05 Enquiries, Bookings & Main Contact

Your team will be responsible for responding to enquiries and following up with potential customers. The final enquiry or booking process will be agreed before launch.

Final Step — Submit & Set Up Billing

Please review your answers, then select Submit and Setup Billing. We'll securely receive your checklist before you continue to Stripe to complete billing setup.

Your onboarding will only be confirmed once your payment has been successfully processed.

After payment confirmation, our team will be in touch to discuss the next steps. Advertising results depend on your offer, audience, budget and market conditions; specific results cannot be guaranteed.
